Bright Minds Cindy Phifer, owner of Bright Minds, intends to help children learn and grow in a time when "screens" seem to be taking over! Louis County.

Bright Minds is mainly here to offer tutoring and enrichment opportunities for children. See "services" for other offerings. Very recently, God put me in a place to purchase this tutoring business and I am VERY excited for this new adventure!
