It doesn't look like very many people can come to sew next week, so Peggy is canceling both days. Sorry gals. Make sure everyone knows.

Will it EVER cool down? I think the good Lord is giving us a sample of "hot" so we'll strive more to get to heaven.

This is a reminder that next week, Sept. 22 & 23 are our sewing days at Step Station at 9am-3pm. I sent out the supply list a couple weeks ago for the window panel projects. If you don't want to do that, Peggy is bringing fabric for pillowcases or bring your own project. If you need the supply list again, let me know and I'll send it to you. There will be two different projects. Peggy will do the first day and Dona on the second day.

Sept. 22 is the first day of Fall! Let's put a meal together. Peggy says she will be bringing a pumpkin cake. Text her if you can come and what you are bringing. 217-822-4685.

Our next regular meeting is on September 28 at 6:30pm at the Otterbein church. Bring your lottery blocks and show 'n tell.
Birthdays for September are Maggie McFarland and Kathryn Elson both are batiks and Jamie Willis is solids.
Linda Barrett will be giving the new instructions for the next lottery block.

Do you have a tip you'd like to share? We're always interested in new and easy ways to do something.

Hey ladies, please check your emails. I sent one out on Aug. 28 and the other one on Aug. 30. In it was the supply list for our sewing days on Sept. 22 and 23. The first one was from Peggy who gave you supplies information for the 22" x 32" panel wall hanging. The second was from Dona for the Attic Windows panel. Also Peggy had suggestion for lunch on the 22. If you didn't get either one, let me know I can resend it just to you.
She also will bring fabric to make pillowcases for those who don't want to make either one of the panel wallhangings.
