Full Job Description:
Institutional Casework, Inc. has immediate openings for Project Estimators. The positions are in custom millwork & commercial metal casework markets. This position gathers information from construction documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare and submit job bids for future small and large scale manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in the construction / cabinet industry.
Requirements:
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Read blueprints
• Must be Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to research and provide accurate information for the estimating process
• Ability to problem solve
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe
• Two years college with an architectural or accounting class structure a plus.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with reviewing architectural and interior design construction drawings & specifications.
Experience with Microsoft Office required. AutoCAD , Cabinet Vision Design or Blue Beam experience is a plus.
Role requires an organized individual with attention to detail.

Paris Office: Normal business hours.
Paris Manufacturing: Delayed Schedule report to work at 8:00 a.m.
All Union City facility: Normal business hours.

Due to the weather conditions ICI in Paris (wood division) manufacturing only will be closed today. Paris office will remain open today. Our facility in Union City (metal division) will be open working normal hours. Paris operation will return to normal business hours tomorrow.

Immediate Opening
Salvagnini Operator
Work Location: Union City, TN
Institutional Casework, Inc. has an immediate opening for two Salvagnini Press Brake Operators. This Position partners with Floor Leadership to produce parts for cabinets, fume hoods and tables. Under general direction of the Fabrication Supervisor, the Salvagnini Press Brake Operator is responsible for set-up, some programming, and operation of the multi-faceted CNC press brake. Must operate the press in accordance with normal operational specs. Produce parts which meet the engineering and customer specifications. Must comply with ICI’s standard operating procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs set-ups, some programming, and operation of Salvagnini.
• Optimizes Salvagnini output to meet customer demands in a timely efficient manner.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, adjusts set up, and modifies programs to optimize output.
• Completes essential documents per standard operation procedures.
• Develops and maintains program files, tooling library and racks.
• Works with Floor Leaders to ensure quality control on product lines and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Reports concerns, issues, and shortages to appropriate Leader in timely manner.
• Maintains clean and functional work area and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Floor Leader(s).
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma and / or G.E.D additional education
• 2-4 years fabrication experience
• 2-4 years knowledge and experience with Press Brakes (Amada/Salvagnini) (Preferred)
Requirements:
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player with the ability to work within a multi-task environment.
• Must have the ability to read engineering blueprints and bill of materials.
• Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate most fabrication equipment.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to navigate in Windows.
• Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes

Description:
This position is responsible for all maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. To plan and execute a preventative maintenance schedule without interruption to production.
Maintain plant equipment to provide the most efficient manufacturing production process.
Maintain equipment to meet all safety, mechanical, electrical, and quality standards.
Monitor equipment and facilities for any issues that may interfere with our production schedule.
Attend meetings with Management to discuss maintenance issues, status, and timetable for repair.
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to plant efficiency, safety, and reduce production expenses.
Responsible for safe, clean, and hazard free working environment
