Evening Primrose 🌼
I let this one grow massive because I noticed it’s a great trap plant for Asian Beetles during the day, but the plant continues to thrive next to my wood boiler regardless. No help whatsoever just watching nature do work daily.

Apple Cider Vinegar Day 🍎

Wild-grown apples from my friend’s backyard! We’re mashing them up and fermenting them with sugar and well water for a couple of weeks in these pickle barrels. Then I’ll strain out the apples and add some of the vinegar mother (SCOBY) from our previous batches for a long-term fermentation.

We let our vinegar ferment and mature for at least a year before using it 🌿🍎✨

Potato Towers 🥔
I like doing my potatoes in a container of sorts because it makes havest easy. We’ve been using these for years with used soils and mulch. I can pull the towers and let the taters loose come harvest.
55lbs of potatoes planted. Let’s see what we get come fall.

Blueberry Peach Vinegar 🫐🍑
Made with wild grown berries and fruits. Strained and sitting between 2.0 and 2.6 pH. I’ll age this out another month or two before use. I plan to use some in my pepper ferments (hot sauce) this fall, but I will also save some for marinating foods. IYKYK 💚🔥
