What a wonderful Meet the Teacher night! Thank you to every PCA family who came out to connect, ask questions, and get ready for the year ahead.

Behind every lesson is real preparation. Our teachers don't hand out busywork. They plan purposeful, productive work that actually builds skill and understanding, and that takes far more time, thought, and scheduling than it might look like from the outside.

Parent Orientation is coming up on Saturday, August 22nd at 1:00 PM, held at Cornerstone Baptist Church. We'll walk through how teachers and parents partner together in our Hybrid Classical Model, so you know exactly how to support your child's learning both on campus and at home.

Seven days until the First Day of School, and here's your quick checklist to help the morning go smoothly.

A little preparation now goes a long way once the first bell rings. Stock up on supplies, wash and press uniforms, start easing into school-year mornings, keep quick breakfast and lunch options on hand, get school dates on your calendar, and make sure your Authorized Pickup list is up to date in FACTS.

Grammar. Logic. Rhetoric. It sounds ancient because it is, and it still works.

This fall, our youngest students will be building the "grammar" of ideas: memorizing, absorbing, and asking questions. Our older students will be moving into logic, learning to reason well and speak with conviction, while laying the foundation for rhetoric which they will begin in 9th grade. It's the same method that shaped some of history's clearest thinkers: Isaac Newton, Thomas Jefferson, J.R.R. Tolkien, and C.S. Lewis. It starts again on August 25 right here in Paris, Texas.

Welcoming back a familiar face!

"Her bright smile and energetic spirit bring warmth and enthusiasm to our youngest learners every day." That's how we describe Ms. Froese, our Teaching and Administrative Assistant for Kindergarten Language Arts, and it couldn't be more true.
