Learning from the Past!

Our 3rd and 4th grade students recently had the opportunity to welcome Mr. Dave for a special visit focused on early Native Americans. Students learned how Native American communities used the resources around them to survive, grow, and establish places to live.

Mr. Dave helped students understand that life in the past often meant learning through trial and error, adapting to the environment, and making careful use of basic resources. Students explored how people considered important needs such as water, food, shelter, and materials from the land.

Our hearts are full after a wonderful Grandparents’ Day at St. Mary School! 💙

We were blessed to welcome so many grandparents and grandfriends for a special Mass, lunch together, and a visit to the Book Fair. Seeing our students share the day with the people who love and encourage them was such a joy.

To all of our grandparents and grandfriends: thank you for the prayers you offer, the stories you share, the hugs you give, and the many ways you show up for our students. You are an important part of our St. Mary family, and we loved celebrating you today!
