🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Remember
Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families, friends, and communities forever changed by that day.
We especially honor the 343 firefighters, 23 NYPD officers, 37 Port Authority police officers, and the countless EMS professionals and other first responders who answered the call without hesitation.
They ran toward danger while others were running away. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire every generation of first responders who follow in their footsteps.
At the Bergen County EMS Training Center, we are reminded every day of the responsibility that comes with preparing those who answer the call for help. We remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we honor those who served, and we remain committed to never forgetting.
🇺🇸 Never Forget.
