The school was founded in 1993 by two life-long educators, Carolyn Hancock and Marie Lupinski, who were driven by their dedication and passion for helping children with developmental disabilities. With a far-reaching vision and unique approach, David Gregory School offers the best education available to children with autism, PDD, and developmental disabilities by combining the proven techniques of
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. Each student is able to achieve the incremental successes that improve their lives and the lives of their family members. This means that all of us— students, parents, teachers, child study teams, and the district— work together to help and support each other, while encouraging our children to master the academic and social skills that will allow them to reach their potential.
