We are looking for caring, dependable, and patient people who enjoy working with children. Our teaching staff helps provide a safe, clean, fun, and loving place where children can learn and grow.

Job Duties

Care for children by following daily schedules and routines.
Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
Change diapers, help with toileting, and keep children clean.
Clean and sanitize classrooms, toys, and play areas.
Watch for any health, behavior, or emotional concerns and report them to supervisors and parents.
Teach children through age-appropriate activities, play, and learning.
Help children learn good manners, sharing, communication, and other important life skills.
Encourage children to explore art, music, outdoor play, and other fun activities.
Help children get ready for the next classroom or for starting school.
Keep accurate records about each child's daily activities and progress.
Work with parents to support each child's learning and development.
Follow all daycare policies and state licensing rules.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Be patient, dependable, and caring.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Understand the basic stages of child development.
Always put the safety and needs of children first.
Be able to lift, carry, and keep up with active children throughout the day.

We are looking for a patient, attentive teaching staff to care for children. The teaching staff will assist by preparing meals for children, maintaining their hygiene, monitoring them for health, behavioral, and emotional concerns, providing them with age-appropriate instruction, and working with parents to ensure that children are learning and socializing in a positive way. They will also assist with sterilizing toys and play areas and other duties to ensure that the children are in a safe, engaging, and clean environment.
To be successful as a teaching staff, you should be thorough and caring with an eye for detail. You should be prepared to meet the physical demands of the position and have an understanding of the childhood development process.
Teaching Staff Responsibilities:
Providing care for children, such as setting schedules and routines, grooming, feeding, changing diapers, and cleaning rooms and toys.
Helping with children's development by encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts, such as communication, manners, sharing, etc.
Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to staff and parents.
Helping children discover new interests by introducing them to art, music, sports, and other potential hobbies.
Ensuring children are learning positive behaviors and providing guidance.
Preparing children to enter the next level of care or for entry into school.
Keeping records relating to child care.
Working with parents to help children progress towards educational goals.
Daycare Worker Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Decisiveness, patience, and stamina to chase after, lift, or carry children.
Ability to pass a background check.
Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of stages of childhood development.
Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children.
