Spring Break 2026 workshop. Artist, John Bramblitt, hosted by Indiana Blind Children's Foundation presented on creating art through our senses. We felt items and drew what we thought they were, we tasted candy and drew what it tasted like, we listened to music and drew what we heard, we smelled an item and drew the item. We created a rose from Model magic. Our last experience was to paint without our sight.

I challenged my students to make art from nature this week. My flowers from Easter were losing their petals, so I took them outside to make something from them.

Today's example is a rocket ship made from a toilet paper tube. I did add a paper circle and tissue paper streamers.
