The Nevada Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC Nevada) is now accepting applications for its State-Certified Apprenticeship Programs.

Las Vegas Division

* Electrical
* Low Voltage
* Sheet Metal
* Carpentry
* Heavy Equipment Operators

Reno Division

* Electrical
* Plumbing

Applications must be completed and submitted online at:

2026 Application Periods

📅 July 13 – July 24, 2026

Required Documentation

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide the following documentation at the time of application:

* Current Driver’s License, Passport, or Nevada DMV Identification Card
* High School Diploma or TASC
* Birth Certificate

Applications submitted without all required documentation will not be accepted.

Oh, my heart… ❤️

Every year, it is such an honor to serve as Chairwoman of the SkillsUSA TeamWorks Competition.

A few months ago, I had the privilege of spending a week with some of the best and brightest high school students from across Nevada, and once again, they left me inspired.

This recap is a glimpse into why I am continually impressed by the integrity, work ethic, teamwork, and dedication these competitors demonstrate. Their commitment to excellence and passion for the skilled trades showcase the bright future we have ahead in Nevada.

I am incredibly proud of each and every one of them and grateful to play a small part in supporting the next generation of our workforce.
