Participation is completely optional. Spirit week is just a fun way for students and staff to show their school spirit.

🏐💙 CALLING ALL WTCS VOLLEYBALL ALUMNI! 💙🏐

It’s time to dust off those knee pads and see if you’ve still got it! 😉

We’re looking for former WTCS volleyball players and ladies from our school community to hit the court and take on our current Rocket volleyball team in an Alumni Volleyball Game!

Whether it’s been a few years or quite a few years we’d love to have you come back, have some fun, and give our girls a little competition!

Whitefish Township Community Schools Enters Secure Mode as Precautionary Measure
We want to make families aware that today, Whitefish Township Community Schools entered SECURE status due to a law enforcement situation occurring within the surrounding community.
Out of an abundance of caution and on the recommendation of the Sheriff’s Office, we initiated our Secure protocol. During a Secure, all students and staff remain safely inside the building, exterior doors are locked, and normal activities continue inside the school.
At no time was there a threat inside our school, nor were our students or staff believed to be in immediate danger. This precaution was taken to ensure everyone remained safely inside while law enforcement handled the situation in the community.
We understand that situations like this can be concerning for families. Please know that the safety of our students and staff is always our highest priority, and we will continue to follow the guidance of law enforcement and our established safety procedures.
We appreciate the cooperation of our students and staff and the understanding of our families.
Secure Mode was lifted once officials confirmed it was safe to do so.

🏐🚀 COME OUT & SUPPORT OUR ROCKETS! 🚀🏐

This season, our volleyball team is made up of just five girls. Five girls who chose to show up, put in the work, and make sure Whitefish Township has a team on the court.

When you’re part of a small school and an even smaller team, every person in the stands matters. Every cheer, every clap, and every familiar face reminds these girls that their school and community are behind them.

So if you have an evening free, come sit in the stands. Bring the family. Make some noise. Cheer for them whether they win or lose. Let’s make sure these five girls look into the crowd and see just how many people are proud of them.

They may only be five on the court, but they don’t have to feel like they’re standing there alone.

Five girls. One team. One little school. A whole community behind them.

Miss Mills is hard at work with her spreadsheets, reports, scheduling, paperwork, and all of the behind-the-scenes things that come with getting ready for a new school year! But of course, she has to sneak in some time to come up with fun things for our students, too!

We’re kicking things off with our FIRST ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE!

Come to school EVERY DAY in September and earn perfect attendance to join us for an Ice Cream Sundae Celebration on October 2nd!

We’re excited to find some fun ways to recognize our students throughout the year and encourage them to show up, work hard, and make every school day count!
