YATP- Young Adult Transition Program The Young Adult Transition Program is part of the Papillion La Vista Community Schools.

The YATP (Young Adult Transition Program) is a program for students in special education who are 18-21 years of age. The curriculum focuses on functional and vocational academics, communication, and socialization, to help students prepare for post-secondary employment and life. Students attend a jobsite for part of the day where they can put into practice what they are learning. The other portion of their day consists of learning skills that will help them be more independent and successful in the community after graduation!
