Princeton researchers have uncovered that the human brain produces ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic waves capable of forming a global neural network.

These faint signals can influence other people’s brain activity from distances of up to 10,000 kilometers, suggesting that human consciousness may be subtly interconnected worldwide.

The discovery adds to evidence that our brains communicate not only through neurons but also via weak electromagnetic fields, which some studies link to empathy, intuition, and group synchronization.

Experiments further indicate that when one person meditates or concentrates, others—whether nearby or far away—may exhibit slight shifts in brainwave patterns, pointing to a hidden dimension of human connection that science is only beginning to explore.

Quote from Vex King bestselling book

"Things No One Taught Us About Love" - available from most major bookstores. Follow Vex King for words of wisdom like the ones below!
"Imagine your thoughts are like a restless puppy running around in a room. If you were holding the puppy's leash, you would be dragged along with every movement the puppy makes. After a while, this would become tiring and frustrating. However, if you let go of the leash, you could sit comfortably and watch the puppy play without being pulled around. You could observe the puppy's energy and enjoy its presence without being controlled by its actions. Letting go of the leash is like practicing non-attachment to your thoughts
In relationships, non-attachment means loving someone without clinging to them or depending on them for your happiness. It's about appreciating and enjoying your partner's presence without fear of losing them or the need to control the relationship. Just like letting go of the puppy's leash, non-attachment allows you to experience love without being consumed by the ups and downs of the relationship. You can support and care for your partner while maintaining your own sense of self and inner peace.
Attachment theory in psychology focuses on the emotional bonds between individuals, particularly between a child and their caregiver. It explores how these early experiences shape a person's ability to form secure or insecure attachments in future relationships.
Attachment theory emphasizes the importance of a secure base and the need for emotional connection and support.
In contrast, in the spiritual sense, non-attachment is about letting go of the idea that you need someone else to complete you or make you happy. It encourages emotional independence and the understanding that while relationships can enrich your life and contribute to your happiness, your well-being ultimately comes from within. Non-attachment promotes a healthy balance between intimacy and autonomy, allowing love to flow freely without expectations or demands."
