Congratulations to everyone that competed today. Win or lose, we will take what we learned today to come back stronger next time. Very proud of all of my students that put themselves out there in competition. We do it to develop our courage and composure.

We did a special class in my school today to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

My teacher and my oldest training partner came out to teach. We covered spinning and jumping kicks, point sparring, and clinch sparring.

I am very grateful for this community and proud of my students. This is just the beginning, looking forward to another 10 years growing in the art together.

Congratulations to everyone that participated in our grading test today. Strong performances from the whole group. Congratulations especially to Eric Luo, Shashwath Aravindan, and Max Geiger for winning the outstanding student awards for their respective belt levels and to Aditiya Kumar for winning the outstanding student award for the Paoli Dojang. Very proud of this group, a lot of hard work went into our preparation. Next week we get back in the school and start working on new material.

Congratulations to Aditya Majumdar on his promotion to 2nd dan tonight. This was well deserved, Aditya has been a student at AmKor Paoli for more than 10 years now. It’s a really special part of what we do here being able to see students start so young and grow into strong and capable adults. Could not be more proud, looking forward to see him continue to grow in the art.

Congratulations to everyone that participated in yesterday’s grading test. It was a huge group, one of the largest our school has ever had. Very proud of everyone’s performances. Next week we get back in the school and start working on new material.

Proud of everyone that competed yesterday. Win or lose the experience helps us to be better martial artists. We will take what we learned and come back stronger next time. Monday we get back in the school and start active preparation for our next grading.

We will be closed next week only on Tuesday, Christmas Eve, and Wednesday, Christmas Day (12/24-25). Regular classes the rest of the week. Same schedule for New Years the following week too.
