This past Saturday morning, students in 3rd to 8th grade gathered for altar server training, learning more about the important role they can play in the celebration of Mass.

Altar serving offers our students a meaningful opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Mass, develop confidence and responsibility, and put their faith into action through service to our parish community.

At SNS, faith formation extends beyond the classroom to help our students grow as young disciples of Jesus Christ and become active participants in the life of the Church.

Thank you to all the students for their willingness to serve and everyone who helped guide them through their training.

The first grade students put their reading and speaking skills into practice during Library this week.

Each student introduced a Beverly Cleary book to classmates, sharing the title and author and talking about what they already knew or wondered about the story. Along the way, our young readers practiced speaking clearly and confidently in front of their classmates while strengthening important literacy skills like making predictions, exploring new books, and developing curiosity about stories.

Our first grade Bulldogs are growing into enthusiastic readers and confident communicators!

Thank you to our Home & School Association for organizing Monday night’s Dine & Donate event and all our St. Norbert families who came out to enjoy dinner together and support our school.

We are grateful for the many ways our families show up for SNS and for one another. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success!

Our fifth graders are putting the design process into action as they begin their latest STEM challenge in the science lab.

Working in teams, students are designing a three-level tower that they will construct using only cardboard, popsicle sticks, masking tape, and string. Before the building begins, they're doing the important work of planning together- sharing ideas, sketching designs, considering different approaches, and learning how collaboration can turn an idea into a solution.

At SNS, academic excellence is about more than finding the right answer. It's about giving students opportunities to think critically, collaborate, create, and learn through discovery.

The first years of school are filled with important firsts- new friendships, new discoveries, growing independence, and the beginning of a lifelong love of learning.

At SNS, our PK3 and PK4 classes provide a joyful, nurturing place for children to learn and grow. Through hands-on learning, purposeful play, teacher-guided instruction, prayer, and classroom routines, our youngest Bulldogs begin building the academic, social, and faith foundation that will carry them into the years ahead.

And one of the special things about beginning at SNS? These early years are just the beginning of the journey. Children grow within a school community where relationships deepen, learning builds from year to year, and faith is part of each day.

Considering PK3 and PK4 for 2027–28? Come see SNS for yourself. We would be happy to welcome your family for a personal tour. Contact us at 610-644-1670 or email us at [email protected].

Congratulations to our newest Technology Stars for going above and beyond in Technology class. This month's honorees are Andrew K., 1st grade; Aubrey F., 1st grade; Ruby K., 4th grade; Eleanor D., 5th grade, and Connor G., 6th grade.

The Tech Star program recognizes students whose contributions extend beyond what is being taught in the lesson, celebrating curiosity, initiative, and willingness to reach a little further. Students are encouraged to not only master what they are learning, but also to ask questions, explore new ideas, and challenge themselves to grow.

Congratulations to all our Technology Stars on this well-deserved recognition!

Our PreK 4 students had a special visitor this morning when Fr. Jeff joined them to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.

Fr. Jeff shared the story of St. Francis and his love for Jesus, the Church, and all of God’s creation. Then it was time for a favorite tradition- the Blessing of the Animals. Our PreK 4 students proudly held up their stuffed animals and pictures of beloved family pets as Fr. Jeff offered a special blessing.

Faith is more than something our students learn about. It is part of each day- through prayer, relationships, traditions, and special moments like this that help our students grow in their understanding and love of their faith.
St. Francis of Assisi, pray for us.

This morning, our SNS community gathered for First Friday Mass and the installation of our 2026- 27 Student Council.

Our 13 student leaders were blessed as they begin a year of service to their classmates and our school community, guided by this year's theme: Lead with Joy. Fr. Terranova reminded the students that true leadership is not about being important; it is about serving others with humility, kindness, and a joyful heart. With guidance from their parents and teachers, our students aspire to lead by example, care for others, and use their gifts in service to their community.

We are grateful for these young leaders and look forward to all the ways they will help make the love of Christ visible at SNS this year. Congratulations to the SNS 2026-27 Student Council!

This week, SNS had two very special school leaders when PreK4 student Hadley and 1st grade student Freddie stepped into the role of Co-Principals for the Day.

They led the school in prayer before surprising our teachers with Munchkins. Next came some work in the school office and a visit to Fr. Steve and the parish team. At lunchtime, they invited a few friends to join them for pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies and then finished the day by announcing an upcoming Dress Down Day!

We loved watching these two Bulldogs lead with confidence, kindness, and joy. Thank you, Principal Hadley and Principal Freddie, for a terrific day!
