You may know Bright Day for our camps and special events, but we’re here ALL YEAR LONG!

Our fall classes give kids the chance to create, explore, and try new things week after week. We see friendships form. We watch shy kids become more comfortable sharing their ideas. We watch toddlers learn to grasp a paint stick and make their very first marks. We celebrate their accomplishments, encourage them through the challenges, and get to know each child for exactly who they are. The growth we see from September through June is truly something special.

So, we’re personally inviting you to join us this fall! Our fall registration is open, and classes begin Monday, September 14th!

This week, we stepped into a world of mythical creatures and world builders! ✨

Our main project was creating an entire world for a mythical creature of our own invention, and the results were as wonderfully different as the creatures themselves. From a jellyfish-bunny-unicorn, to a pixie bird, a griffin wing, and a fuzzy monster, every creature had a world that was completely its own. It was amazing to see our campers’ imaginations take the lead and watch each world come to life in such different ways. There were forests, fantastical landscapes, mysterious places, and so many tiny details that told us a little more about each creature’s story.

A week full of imagining, building, creating, and bringing some very magical ideas to life! 🧚🏻

You’ve created such a special place for so many families, and we’re so grateful for all the heart, imagination, and big ideas you bring to it every day. 🌈 Our August Playgroup series is almost here, and we’ve got extra flexibility! Can’t make all 4 Fridays? Come when you can!

Come create, play, explore, and connect with us on Friday mornings in August from 9:30am-10:30am! Designed for children 18 months to 5 years and their grown-up, each playgroup is filled with hands-on art & sensory play!

BUBBLES!! Wow did we have fun today making bubbles for our beachy flip flop paintings! It was a great way to finish up our Friday Fun Art Camps. And, we got to listen to one of my favorite movie soundtracks (The Muppets!) 😃

Bright Day Studio is so lucky to have families who donate art supplies to us, and recycled items we can use.

Over the years, parents have given us biodegradable packing peanuts, kids’ sunglasses, extra paint, wallpaper & fabric samples, corks, twine, yarn and wooden picture frames! We are SOOOO grateful.

One gift-giver started sending Amazon packages to us out of the blue. Packages would appear on our doorstep filled with art goodies, like the package we received today (see above)!

The packages never listed the sender and their identity was a mystery for a while. Who was sending these thoughtful art gifts?

We dubbed them “The Art Supply Fairy” since packages would just magically appear. 🧚‍♀️

After some investigating, we found out it was my sister!!! Jessica-you are the best! Thank you SO much for these surprise art goodie bundles. The kids love them and they always give me new inspiration ❤️❤️ You are so thoughtful🥲
