Wow!!!! The first week of school was GREAT!!! I saw so much excitement in the halls and engagement in the classrooms. I know it is going to be a fantastic year. PreAICE shirts are in. They are $10.00. Get yours today so we can show our AICE prideππππ
Our Pre-AICE orientation will be held on Wednesday morning at eight o'clock in the cafeteria. We will introduce teachers, explain the program, and show students where the AICE classrooms will be located. Hope to see you there.
There will be a transportation meeting at Rutherford's auditorium tonight for Jinks Middle School and it's feeder schools. The meeting will take place at 6 PM. Parents can get their transportation concerns addressed and hopefully resolved at tonight's meeting as opposed to waiting until the first day of school. Make plans to attend.
Don't forget that the AICE Open House is April 16 at 5:30 at Bay High School.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Spring Break. As we enter the last nine weeks of school there are a couple things I would like your help with. Teacher Appreciation Week is the first week of May. We are in the process of collecting donations such as gift certificates, movie passes, etc... Any donations collected can be dropped off with Ms. Mapoles. Also, if you are the parent of an eighth grader please consider donating your child's uniform shirts back to the school. We are always in need.
Teacher appreciation week is the first week of May. Our PTO would like to give our teachers a week to remember. We are in the process of collecting donations such as gift certificates, movie passes, etc... If you know someone with a business who you think would donate please ask them. Any donations collected can be dropped off with Ms. Mapoles.
Just a reminder that Mosley High School will hold their MAPPS Information Nights Monday, January 26 and Thursday, February 12, from 6-7pm in the MMTC building.
