A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our 2026 GCSC Culinary Graduates! 🎓

All the hard work has paid off and this is your moment to celebrate all you have accomplished!

This week marked the end of our Spring Dinner Series in the John Holley Dining Room. These students ended their Capstone Semester by cooking for their friends, family and supporters as a thank you for their support during their culinary journey.

Throughout this series, these students cooked and served their way through the history of fine dining. Starting with French Classical and tableside flambés, into the Farm to Table movement of the 90s, and ending with a 12 course Modernist Tasting menu that featured high quality ingredients and modern techniques.

To say we are proud of this group would be an understatement. The dedication to enhancing their skills both in the kitchen and the dining room was on full display with every meal they prepared.

If you were lucky enough to join us for dinner this Spring, we hope you felt their enthusiasm in the dining room and tasted their passion for their craft on the plate.

Gulf Coast State College’s 67th Commencement Ceremony
Join us in celebrating the Class of 2026 on May 8, 2026, at the Billy Harrison Field House (gym). The Associate of Arts ceremony begins at 10:00 AM, followed by the Associate of Science, Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Science Nursing, and Certificates ceremony at 2:00 PM.
