Big news! 🚀 Last night, Early Education and Care had the incredible opportunity to present our latest vision—The Launchpad Project—to the inspiring members of Impact100 Gulf Coast.

At EEC, we know that when a child succeeds, it’s because their family is thriving. But for many of our parents, the "digital divide" is a real barrier to economic mobility. It is nearly impossible to launch a career when you only have a smartphone and a limited data plan.

The Launchpad is our solution. It’s a "one-stop" resource hub designed to bridge the gap between childcare and career-building by providing:
💻 A Digital Career Lab & Virtual Interview Suite
👔 A "Success Closet" with professional attire for interviews
📚 Support for GEDs and professional certifications
🧸 The "Busy Corner"—a safe space for kids to play while parents work on their future.
