The ‘withered hand’ was not the only reason Jesus entered the Jewish sanctuary that Sabbath Day.

Take another look…

The withered hand represented the “withered doctrine” of the Jews (Judaism). This old covenant was decaying and needed restoration. Jesus healed the hand to show that he can heal the hard hearts that we’re serving a dead religion, & restore humanity back to God! Why don’t you stretch forth your weak religion to God! HE IS THE RESTORER!

Sanctification needs explanation. Why do we live the way we do? Sanctification is a means to an end, not the end itself. We don’t get sanctified just to be sanctified. Sanctification produces Christ-like character. This is the goal!

We’re not ACTING like Christ, we are BECOMING like Christ through sanctification. Christians are not ACTORS! We are real humans who really possess the Spirit of Christ! Spiritual beings with a human side.

Focus on ‘character’ instead of ‘actions.’ We have to quit painting the fence. The fence (character) needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Only through Christ can this happen!

Atheism suggests an absurd hopeless life without meaning. Humanity is no more than a “reproductive agent” just like an animal, without any dignity or purpose in life. We come from a chemical soup-like mixture that formed mankind without a creator or design.

I’m other words - NOTHING MADE EVERYTHING! Sorry, it takes way more faith to believe this junk than it does to believe the truth - THERE IS A CREATOR!
