Halloween magic is in the air at 850 Kids! Our little artists have been busy brewing up some frightfully fun crafts — handprint monsters, sparkly bats, ghostly friends, and magical spells galore! ✨

VPK is in full swing! 🎉

So far, our class has learned three new letters and three new numbers, and the children are doing a wonderful job putting their new knowledge into practice. This week’s letter is T and our number is 2. Every day is filled with active, hands-on learning, keeping the children engaged and excited about school.

This morning, it looks like we’ll be diving into lots of math fun using our math manipulatives—building a strong foundation while making learning playful and interactive!

Our two-year-olds are busy building important skills today!

They’re practicing both fine and gross motor movements—everything from holding and manipulating objects to strengthening those little hand muscles. These early exercises lay the foundation for future skills, like holding a pencil and eventually writing their names.

It’s never too early to start building the tools they’ll use for a lifetime of learning and development!

Because reading is fundamental :)

Even on dreary mornings, this class fills the room with light and creativity. It's hard to believe that they'll be starting school soon - we are truly going to miss each and every one of them.

Directed drawings—so many benefits for preschoolers! ✏️✨ They strengthen fine motor skills, boost listening and direction-following, expand vocabulary and language, build confidence, help kids notice details, reinforce shapes and lines for early writing, and encourage creativity and pride. Win-win-win!
