Outreach is so much more than handing out flyers or showing up to events, it’s about building trust, creating connections, and reaching families before they ever have to face crisis alone. In our profession, outreach is often the very first step in prevention, support, and lasting change.

National Home Visiting Week may be coming to a close, but the impact our home visitors make lasts far beyond these five days. 💙
Every single day, they step into homes and into lives, bringing support, guidance, and compassion to families who need it most. They meet parents where they are, walk alongside them through challenges, celebrate their wins (big and small), and help build stronger, safer futures for children.
This work isn’t easy. It takes heart. It takes patience. It takes showing up ~ consistently, intentionally, and with genuine care. And our home visitors do just that, day in and day out.
Because of them, families feel seen. Parents feel empowered. Children have brighter beginnings.
To our incredible team ~ you are the calm in the chaos, the encouragement on the hard days, and the steady presence families can count on. What you do matters more than words can fully capture.
Mandy, Jen and Mackenzie, we are so grateful for you. 💙

Moments like these are why we do what we do 💛
Our annual Parents as Teachers Easter Egg Hunt brought families together for connection, laughter, and lasting memories. Events like this help strengthen bonds, not just between parents and children, but within our community.
Thank you to all of our families for being part of something so special!
