Pons Child Care Infant & Toddler Center is now hiring a loving, reliable Assistant Teacher to work with our littlest learners (ages 6 weeks — 2 years). If you have a heart for children and a passion for early childhood development, this may be the perfect place for you!
At Pons, you’ll experience the joy of watching babies take their first steps, say new words, explore the world, and grow in confidence — all because you helped guide them.
It’s more than a job… it’s a chance to make a lifelong impact.
✅What We Offer:
• 40 hours weekly — but only 4 days a week! Enjoy one weekday off, every weekend, and evenings with your family
• Paid holidays and closures
• A warm, supportive, family-style work environment
• Hands-on experience with infants & toddlers during the most important stages of development
• A meaningful role where every day brings smiles, milestones, and memories
✅Requirements:
• Must pass a Level 2 background check
• Completion of required DCF training courses (or willingness to complete). No out of pocket cost to complete educational courses, paid for by the center.
• A nurturing personality and love for little ones
• Dependability and a team-focused attitude

🍁 Join Us for the Pons Child Care Annual Fall Festival! 🎃
Saturday, October 11th | 4:00PM-7:00PM
This year, our festival is more than just fun—it’s about community love and honoring one of our very own families, the May-Ortiz family. Their 22 month old son, Augustine, has just been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in multiple areas in his body. We have had the privilege to love and care for Augustine since he was 6 weeks old and we have a wonderful opportunity to continue to show love, support, and care for the family during an extraordinarily hard time.
Every dollar collected from the festival will go directly to the May-Ortiz family, to help with and support any needs they may have.
✨ Come enjoy games, food, raffle prizes, and fall fun while helping us support a precious family in need.

Shoutout to one of our own! What a wonderful program and outreach for Dads!

One of our T.E.A.M. Dad graduates shared these words with a full heart—and we felt every bit of it. Dads don’t always get the space or support they need on their parenting journey, but here, they do.

He said he couldn’t have done it without the program, and let Greg know this isn’t goodbye—his little one will be wanting to come back and visit. That’s what T.E.A.M. Dad is all about: building real relationships, growing strong families, and reminding every father that he matters.
