Panama City Housing Authority will open waitlists for 2 Bedroom Project Based Voucher (PBV) Units on WEDNESDAY May 13, 2026 at 8:00am CST. These units will be located at Fletcher Black Apartments and The Park at Massalina.

When a toddler is negotiating the terms of getting out of a car, the problem is not the purse. The child has learned that compliance is conditional, that instructions come with a counter offer. Here's what to do: Step 1: State the directive once. "Get out of the car." Step 2: The purse does not move until the instruction is followed. You don't negotiate the sequence.
