It feels hard to show up some days.
You need to meet yourself where you are, give yourself what you need and support yourself even when you feel like you can’t. Treat yourself the way you would treat a bestie.
Never turn your back on yourself, never give up on yourself and never believe you can’t do it, aren’t worth it, or things won’t change.
When you show up for yourself especially when you don’t feel like it, you are committing to yourself and to change and that means anything is possible.
