As social workers, self care is key! 🔑
Here is a self-care exercise you can implement in your routine! It’s simple! Inhale the first part of a verse, exhale the rest! Helpful tip: repeat more than once, beloved. Repeat until it sinks in. This way you practice productive breathing and breathing life into you! Have a blessed day! 🤍

On this day, we remember the deep love in His sacrifice for us. When it seemed the world had faced defeat at His final breath, hope was still coming… Jesus, thank You for Your mercy, Your grace, and for taking the cup we could not. We love you.

Dear NACSW Members, Partners, and Friends,
On this day, we want to pause and express our heartfelt gratitude for each of you. Today invites us to slow down, reflect, and give thanks to God for His faithfulness—and we are especially grateful for the extraordinary individuals who make up the NACSW community.
This year is particularly meaningful as we celebrate NACSW’s 75th year of ministry and our 75th Annual Convention. Reaching this milestone is a testament to God’s sustaining grace and to the commitment, generosity, and faithful service of members and supporters like you. Thank you for helping NACSW remain a trusted home for Christians in social work for three-quarters of a century. Whether you are a long-standing member, a new friend, a partner in social work education and practice, or someone who supports our mission in prayer and presence, your contributions matter deeply. You strengthen our ability to equip social workers, build community, and champion ethical and faith-integrated practice.
As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we also want to remind you that Giving Tuesday is today—an opportunity to sow into the future of NACSW as we move boldly into the next 75 years. If you feel led to give, you may do so here:
