PACCC’s unwavering commitment is to build community through Palo Alto’s most precious asset – its children. We believe Measure J aligns with that commitment. Yes on J!

PACCC’s board has voted and officially endorsed Measure J, the City of Palo Alto Community Safety/Services Measure which would provide dedicated, locally controlled funding to support a critical community priority - upgrading the 70-year-old Cubberley Community Center!

Youth enrichment is critical to Whole-Child Development. Cubberley is an integral part of Palo Alto’s history – and future. Cubberley provides youth enrichment programs that shape our city’s future through its most important asset – the children. Cubberley is the premier destination for youth programs that support health and wellness, childcare, education, recreation, language literacy, and visual and performing arts.

Some more highlights from PACCC's Professional Development Day at the beautiful el PRADO

The start of a great school year!

08/21/2026

PACCC recently held their second Annual Professional Development Day at the beautiful El Prado Hotel in Palo Alto. It was a day of community, vision, and innovation as our PACCC educators joined together to discuss shared ideas about our upcoming year in early childhood education and care. We are so honored to bring our very best to the children and families of Palo Alto!

Special thanks to the El Prado Hotel for hosting this wonderful event and for all those who made this day so special.

Creating Lifelong Memories at 2026 Summer Camps!

It was a busy, fun-PACCC’d summer at the 2026 Summer Camps! We can’t believe it’s already over!

Creativity, inspiration, and collaboration soared in the FAME camp where our PACCC kids performed and learned about the creative arts. Operation: Chef featured delicious food, cooking demonstrations, and special guests! There were science projects, field trips, interactive games, sports, and adventures galore. 🌞🎈

And of course we capped it off with the PACCC summer carnival! What a blast!

Is it next year yet? We can’t wait!

Explore Possibilities with Nature Journaling
Next date: Thursday, July 23, 2026 | 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM

During this workshop, attendees will be led through a series of exercises to warm up their eyes and hands. We will venture outside, sketching as we go. Pencils and small sketchbooks, as well as a resource list, will be provided to use and take home. No artistic experience is necessary! This workshop is about the process, and people of all levels are encouraged to attend. Due to the outdoor location of this event, children and tweens should be accompanied by their adult.

Summer Food Drive, July 13-17!

Join Assemblymember, Marc Berman for this special Summer Food Drive!

During the summer months, many students and families who rely on California's universal school meal program find themselves without critical nutritional support. A special Summer Food Drive has been organized which will make a meaningful difference for children and families in our community.

The District Office in Palo Alto and the Ted Adcock Community Center in Half Moon Bay is collecting non-perishable, unexpired food donations. If you can donate, please review the list of eligible items and drop off donations at any time during the collection window.

All donations collected will be delivered to local food pantries for distribution to families in need.

If you have any questions or if your family is looking for food assistance this summer, please reach out to the District Office at (650) 324-0224.

Thank you for supporting our community and students in our district.
