Way to Go, Sand Hill School Class of 2026! 🎓

Recently, we celebrated the Sand Hill School Class of 2026 and the incredible journeys that brought them to this milestone.

As each graduate crossed the stage, teachers and staff shared personalized reflections highlighting their growth, perseverance, and achievements. From building confidence and finding their voice to reaching academic goals once thought out of reach, every story was a testament to how far these students have come.

A special moment of the ceremony came during the presentation of the Board of Directors Award, when a monarch butterfly was released for each graduate. A beautiful symbol of transformation, growth, and the exciting journey ahead.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what comes next.

Off to see the Wizard! ✨🌈

Our students wowed audiences with their enchanting performance of The Wizard of Oz. Through song, storytelling, and teamwork, our students brought the classic tale to life.

Behind every scene was weeks of preparation, practice, and determination. From memorizing lines and remembering cues to collaborating with classmates and stepping on stage in front of an audience, our students challenged themselves in countless ways. Watching their confidence grow throughout the process was just as meaningful as the performance itself.

We're so proud of our students and all they accomplished on their journey down the Yellow Brick Road. 💚

Our Sand Hill School middle schoolers set sail on an unforgettable Discovery Voyage aboard the Research Vessel Robert G. Brownlee!

Departing from the Marine Science Institute in Redwood City, students explored the San Francisco Bay while getting hands on with local marine life and ecosystems. Highlights included touching stingrays, crabs, and even a rare guitarfish, which the crew shared is not often caught!

Experiences like these bring science to life and help our students build a deeper connection to the incredible ecosystems right here in the Bay Area.
