Do you want to know the honest truth? It took me a while to find the picture on the left. That’s when I realized I’ve been avoiding full body pictures for quite some time.. The picture on the right is me now.

If you think this post is about weight loss only you are incorrect. This is a post about me feeling hydrated, fueled, alert, healthy and great about the fact that I decided to take charge of who I want to be. This is about committing to self care.
