Asian Liver Center at Stanford University was pleased to participate in Gellert Health Services’ 10th Anniversary Community Health Fair in Daly City!

Our team joined community partners to connect with attendees and share educational resources about hepatitis B and C screening, prevention, and liver cancer prevention. Knowing your hepatitis status is an important step toward protecting your health.

Thank you to Chinese Hospital and Gellert Health Services for bringing together healthcare organizations and community partners to promote the health and well-being of Daly City and Northern San Mateo County.

Internship opportunities include:

Hepatitis B education starts in the community!

In Anhui Province, Bengbu Hengxin Social Work Service Center and Zhongping Community hosted a local learning session on hepatitis B prevention, using educational materials supported by the Stanford Asian Liver Center.

By sharing accurate information about transmission, testing, vaccination, and stigma reduction, our NGO partners are helping bring liver health education closer to the people who need it most. 🌏
