The Light Academy Welcome to The Light Academy! We are a nondenominational Christian school and preschool.

The Light Academy is different from your typical school . . . .We thrive on "out of the box" thinking, project-based instruction, sharing resources, using technology, and making learning fun, all with a Christian world view! We offer Preschool - 12th grade, Early Drop-Off, After-School, and classes for home school students.

Summer Program 2026 fun! We volunteered at the Blue Ridge Mobile Food Pantry, had fun at the park, made Father’s Day crafts at our local library, went to a splash park, had S’mores, and did some fun crafts to go along with our camping theme.
