🍎 Teacher Appreciation Week is Here! 🍎

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our families and the amazing volunteers who stepped up to help this week, the PTO is excited to celebrate our teachers and staff in a special way—we couldn’t do it without you!

To our teachers and staff:
You show up each and every day to care for, nurture, support, and educate our children. Your impact goes far beyond the classroom, and this week is just a small way for us to say THANK YOU for all that you do.

It's hard to believe but it is time to prepare our 5th Grade Students to transition to the Middle School. 5th Grade Parents...check your email for more information regarding upcoming transition activities!

Chocolate VOLUNTEERS Needed this morning!
I had a few volunteers that can’t make it due to illness.

If you can help out from 7:10-7:45 this morning, please report to the front office. Do NOT park in the bus loop. Park along Cherry street and walk to front door.

🍫 The PTO Chocolate Fundraiser Has Begun! 🍫

Your student’s first box of chocolate can be picked up with a SIGNED pink permission slip.
➡️ Please include your student’s first & last name AND homeroom teacher’s name on the slip.

📍 Chocolate Days (7:00–7:45 AM only):
9/9, 9/11, 9/16, 9/18, 9/23

✨ Important Details:
• No prepayment is due for the 1st box.
• Once $60 is collected, money can be turned in on any Chocolate Day.
✔️ Make checks payable to PAMS PTO
✔️ Send large bills only (no coins please).
• For additional boxes, the white envelope must be signed and all additional boxes prepaid:
▪️ $120 for a 2nd box ($60 for initial box and $60 for 2nd box)
▪️ $180 for 2 additional boxes ($60 for initial box & $120 for 2 additional boxes)

📢 All chocolate money is due by October 1st!

Our only fundraiser of the year kicks off next week – the PTO Chocolate Sale – and we need YOUR help to make it a success!

👉 We are looking for volunteers to help on Chocolate Days (Sept 9, 11, 16, 18 & 23) from 7:00–7:45 AM in the school lobby. Roles include checking permission slips, handing out boxes of chocolate, writing receipts, and stocking boxes.

✨ We also need a Coordinator to lead volunteers and help count money.

On Thursday, the Palmyra Middle School PTO hosted a Sip, Chip & Dip Bar to kick off the new school year in style! 🎉 From savory dips to sweet sips, it was our way of saying thank you for all you do to support our students every day. 💛

Here’s to a fantastic year ahead filled with learning, laughter, and community! 🐾

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! We have some fun things planned for our teachers and staff at the middle school this week!

8th grade parents! We need your help! The 8th grade dance will be held on Friday, May 30 from 7-9pm at the Palmyra Middle School. If you're interested in helping to chaperone, donating a gift card, picking up food or staying to help clean up after the dance, please sign up on the list.

*Anyone who donates at least 2 hours of their time for any PTO event is entered into a drawing to get a $25 Amazon gift card, which will be given out in early June.

Eighth Grade Dance Donations/Volunteers This year's 8th grade dance will be on May 30th from 7-9pm and we need your help. Please consider chaperoning the dance or making a donation for a gift card to be used towards the event.
