Babies & Books Birth-3 Our Mission: We are committed to babies, toddlers, and families. This program is free and funded by the Illinois State Board of Education.

We value the caregiver's relationship with the child/children and honored to come alongside to support their knowledge, skills, and abilities as they interact with and raise their families. This program is offered all year around.

🎡 CARNIVAL UPDATE: Lower Prices & New Saturday Hours! 🎢

The show must go on! Due to unforeseen circumstances, our original carnival company had to cancel at the last minute.
But your Fair Board went straight to work! After a lot of late-night phone calls, a ton of hustling, and a stroke of pure good luck, we managed to secure a fantastic replacement company to keep the fun alive. Even better? Their arrival means some amazing new perks for you!

Nightly Armbands: Now only $25
Saturday Matinee Armbands: $15

🕔 Updated Carnival Schedule
Tuesday-Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday Matinee: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Saturday Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
⚠️ Please note: Saturday Matinee armband are only good for matinee hours. Carnival will open at 6:00 PM on Saturday evening to give the crew time to reset after the matinee!
