Working on reflexes and listening skills every class! In our kids classes we spend time developing basic kinesthetic intelligence to apply to jiujitsu. Some kids have innate abilities but hard work overcomes natural talent everyday! If you have an energetic child who is up for a challenge or even a kid who might be shy, jiujitsu can help improve concentration, attention and encourage them to bloom while they gain confidence! Try a class today by signing up online www.lakebjj.com
