📢 REMINDER – ATHLETIC PARENT MEETING

Good afternoon, Parents!

Just a reminder that our Athletic Parent Meeting is TODAY, Monday, August 10th. We will be going over important information for the upcoming school year and making sure everyone is ready for the season.

🏥 Physicals will also be taking place HERE at Irene Garcia Middle School at 6:00 PM, provided by our Athletic Department.

If your athlete still needs a physical, please take advantage of this opportunity.

Para garantizar un flujo de tráfico seguro y ordenado, mañana la entrega de estudiantes por parte de los padres comenzará a las 7:15 a. m. Por favor, planifiquen con anticipación y sigan el patrón de tráfico designado que se muestra en el mapa.

🕖 Entrega de estudiantes comienza: 7:15 a. m.
Por favor, no dejen a sus hijos antes de las 7:15 a. m., ya que no habrá supervisión disponible antes de esa hora.

🍳 Desayuno comienza: 7:30 a. m.
Los estudiantes podrán ingresar a la cafetería y desayunar a partir de las 7:30 a. m.

🚗 Recordatorio para la entrega de estudiantes
Por favor, sigan el patrón de tráfico de un solo sentido designado. Sigan las indicaciones del personal, permanezcan en su carril y avancen según se les indique para ayudar a mantener un flujo de tráfico seguro y eficiente.

Good morning, Garcia MS families!
To ensure a smooth and safe traffic flow, parent drop-off will begin at 7:15 AM tomorrow. Please plan accordingly and follow the designated traffic pattern shown on the map.
🕖 Parent Drop-Off Begins: 7:15 AM
Please do not drop students off before 7:15 AM, as supervision is not available before this time.
🍳 Breakfast Begins: 7:30 AM
Students will be able to enter the cafeteria and eat breakfast beginning at 7:30 AM.
🚗 Parent Drop-Off Reminder
Please follow the designated one-way traffic pattern. Follow staff directions, remain in your lane, and pull forward as directed to help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.
🚌 Bus Riders
Buses will use the designated bus entrance and exit.
