✏️🍎 Are You Ready for the First Day of School?! 🍎✏️

The countdown is on! We are SO excited to welcome our WEE World families back for another wonderful year of learning, laughter, and growing together! ❤️

Our first day of school is Monday, August 10, 2026!

As you prepare for the big day, please take a moment to review the important reminders below to help make your child’s first day as smooth and successful as possible.

📚 Important First Day Details:

* Arrive with plenty of time for drop-off and hugs.
* Please make sure all of your child’s belongings are clearly labeled with their name.
* Pack a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack each day.
* Don’t forget a labeled water bottle.
* Be sure your child has an extra change of clothes in their backpack.
* If your child is still napping, please send any requested nap items.preferably the day before at meet the teacher 😊💕
* Be sure all required forms and tuition arrangements have been completed before the first day.

💙 Our teachers have been working hard preparing their classrooms and cannot wait to welcome your little ones! Whether this is your child’s very first day or they’re returning for another year, we know it’s going to be filled with new friendships, exciting discoveries, and lots of smiles.

✨ Has experience working with **elementary-aged children**

🍎 Parent-Only Orientation

**Main Sanctuary – First Baptist Church of Palmetto**

We hope every family will join us for this exciting evening! Our Parent-Only Orientation is a wonderful opportunity to prepare for the upcoming school year, connect with our leadership team, and get all of your questions answered.

During the evening we will:

✨ Review the WEE World Parent Handbook
📚 Reveal our 2026–2027 classroom rosters
🙋‍♀️ Host a live Q&A session
❤️ Share important information to help your family have a successful school year

🎉 One Lucky Family Will WIN!

This relaxed, open-house-style event gives your child the opportunity to:

😊 Become familiar with their new surroundings and build excitement for the year ahead

We know that meeting their teacher and seeing their classroom before the first day helps children feel more comfortable, confident, and ready to learn!

🌼 Is a **committed Christian** with a heart for serving children and families
🌼 Has at least **2 years of experience** working with infants and/or one-year-olds
🌼 Has completed the required **40 DCF Training Hours**
🌼 Has completed **School Readiness Training** prior to hire
🌼 Is dependable, nurturing, and looking for a **long-term** place to call home
