Wonderful time at the studio today! We had a fantastic piano workshop with the piano technician and tuner Terry Gilliam, the kids were so excited to learn how the piano works! They made Origami pianos, played for each other preparing for next week's recital and had tons of fun!

Congrats to my students !! They did very well at the Florida State Student Day tests! This is a great accomplishment, with Written theory,Aural theory and Piano skills plus performing 3 memorized pieces for a judge ! Finn and Vera both placed 1st at their level and Liam got State Honors :) so proud of their hard work,and thankful for their supportive families!

March highlights: Vera is my youngest student to learn all the notes on the staff, students did great at the MCMTA Recital and Sarasota Piano fest, Fuji our Angora cat got her music notes collar, and we will be welcoming a new studio mascot, kitten Coda arriving in 4 weeks :)

Outstanding job to all performers yesterday ! I am very proud of my students ! We had three studios participating, Ware PianoStudio,Lesia Schulha and Ruth Burns. Getting ready for Student Day Florida testing next :)
