The objective of this academy is to provide entry-level training with heavy equipment to better position the trainee for future employment opportunities in the field

2026 NSTC Ash update is now available.

🚜 Heavy Equipment Training Highlights! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Last week was all about getting in the seat and getting hands-on!
Our crew trained on Hydraulic Excavators, Dozers, and Front-End Loaders – and they crushed it. 💪

We covered the basics:
✅ 360° walk-arounds
✅ Control familiarization
✅ Core operating functions
✅ Safe practices on real machines

It was a great week of learning, dirt, and big equipment. 😎
