Since 2004, Top Floor Learning has provided a wide range of adult literacy programs and lifelong learning courses, workshops, and computer classes to the residents of the Quaboag Hills region and surrounding areas.

Top Floor Learning is starting its annual May Basket Raffle at the Palmer Public Library beginning this Friday, May 1. There are over 40 baskets to choose from, and the tickets are only $5 (or 5 for $20)!. You can view the baskets and order tickets using the QR code here.
