Bang Muay Thai Palmer Alaska Duane "Bang" Ludwig created The Bang Muay Thai system which is a hybrid style of martial arts that use Women's Muay Thai 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Our class schedule:
(Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Middle school 4:00pm-5:00pm
Elementary kids 5:00pm - 6:00pm. Co-ed adults Muay Thai 7:00pm - 8:00pm. (Saturdays) Advanced Class (Yellow belts & up) 7:30am-9:00am

First Week of Homeschool Classes in the books✅

When we have a class of upper belts we work on more advance combinations and drills. When we have a mixed age and ability group we start with the foundation and build.

The fundamentals is never meant to learned and forgotten but to build upon and refine.

Today our upper belts were able to take on the side of the coach. They led our new students through the fundamentals. It’s more than just learning but can we also teach.

Our yellow and orange belts did an amazing job. They were patient. They corrected form with grace. They provided words of encouragement. They were awesome.
