It is so sweet to have Culinary classes back in the building!

For their first assignment, students completed a Popcorn Lab, experimenting with flavors like chocolate peanut butter, garlic parmesan, kettle corn, and jalapeno cheddar.
They also got creative with cookies, trying different sugars and toppings to make chocolate chip, white chocolate chip, Oreo, and chocolate cookies.

We love taking time to recognize our students and celebrate the great things they are doing!

This month’s honorees were recognized for demonstrating what it means to be a Risk-Taker - one of the 10 attributes of the IB Learner Profile. Risk-Takers are willing to step outside their comfort zones, approach new situations with determination, and try new ideas. They are resourceful and resilient when faced with challenges and change.

Two late touchdowns from seniors Nollege Price and Sawyer Leingang sparked a Palmer comeback over their cross-town foes as the DII team stunned the DI squad Friday night.
