Happy December!!! Are You Frustrated That You Have Not Found Your Career Path Yet???
Please remember you are going to live to be over 100!!! There will be many careers in your future. Deciding where to start is hard but also exciting. I love stories of former Alaskans who found unique careers.
~ One of my favorite stories is the young man from Wasilla, who wanted to work in theatre and accidentally got trained to create and maintain wigs for major productions including on Broadway. He has traveled the world with plays like the Lion King.
~ Another great story is the young woman, Paige Adams-Geller, who went from modeling to designing jeans working with major retailers around the country. The jeans quickly attracted a devoted celebrity following, including actress Eva Longoria, fashion model Amber Valletta, and singer Mandy Moore.

We are entering the most expensive time of year because of gift giving. Your gifts do not have to be expensive. Sharing a beloved book, movie or picture is very personal. Think fun rather then expensive. A movie night with popcorn and candy, game night with silly prizes, or a hike with hot chocolate and cookies can be great memory makers.
