Do you have a teenager who loves working with younger children and is looking for a meaningful way to spend their summer? Camp Kellogg's Leader in Training (LIT) program offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable leadership skills.

Through mentorship and hands-on experience, teens will build confidence, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. LIT participants will step into a more responsible role as they assist younger campers, take on leadership tasks, and gain a behind-the-scenes look at how camp programs come together—all while having fun and making lasting memories!
