Here’s something a lot of bass players don’t realize…
Your bow’s balance point can mean the difference between a rich, smooth sound or a scratchy mess, between an arm that feels relaxed or one that’s completely drained.
It’s the little detail no one talks about, but once you discover it you’ll never look at your bow the same way again.
Want to learn more about the balance point?

Thanks to everyone who has reached out about lessons this Fall! It feel honored to have so much interest in lessons in the community.
Unfortunately, due to limited lesson availability, I will only be accepting new students for bowed strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, and Double Bass) at this time.
I am happy to recommend other teachers in the area for instruments such as Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo, etc, until my schedule has more space.
I will still be honoring any openings from my waitlist for any instrument. Returning students of any instrument are also welcome and encouraged to reach out and book a lesson time.
Reach out soon before my schedule fills up!

Had a great time playing in the Palmer Museum Garden yesterday. These are my favorite kinds of performances. Thanks to everyone who came by to listen — I saw lots of students and their families and felt very supported. What a great community to be a part of! 😊
