So sad that I’m giving up my tutoring office after all these years. 😢🥹 It’s my Zen spot, a place I found peace and quiet, away from the day-to-day hassles and stresses, a place where I enjoy educating, relaxing while I watch sports, meditating, and wallowing in deep thoughts. 🧘‍♂️🤔

I am not giving up tutoring, not at all, but the property manager made me an offer I couldn’t refuse: have unlimited use of the three conference rooms, give up the office, and only pay half of my current monthly rent. If I’m not in the country, then I don’t pay!

So, goodbye old memories … hello new ones in the Philippines. I’ll be on a hiatus for a bit there, online tutoring and working on my next biz venture … Day Trading! I’m the Filipino Troy Polamalu, never not working!

I’ve come a long way from driving from student’s house to student’s house, working long hours after my regular job, always lugging around my portable dry erase board to now having an executive office where students come to me or conducting sessions via Zoom! The Lord had watched over me and given me the strength to persevere. I’m truly blessed? 🥰😍🙏🏼😊
