I AM EVERYTHING!!!! Im a s**t show, I’m happy, angry, loving, insecure, joyful, determined, funny, flawed, envious, giving, complete, broken, brave, weak, adventurous .... I am everything. It’s a blessing to be a human. When I look at children, adults, animals, trees, moons, and oceans, we are all harnessing these traits. It’s entirely ok to be human. We do not have to take on any ONE identity and that is freedom. My higher self and another self are keeping me balanced. EASILY TRIGGERED?

Reflections are roadmaps for where our lives need improvement. When are triggered by someone in our life, the universe is attempting to communicate to us.

When someone drains us, says something unsettling, or causes any sort of emotional upset our lives, I urge us to find the reflection in it.

When triggers pop up this week, let’s ask ourselves “what is the gift in this?” If someone is yelling at us, where are we yelling at ourselves? If we see someone as lazy, it’s triggers us and we see this person in our lives often, let’s ask ourselves where in our lives are we being lazy?

THIS IS EVERYTHING! YOU’RE BOLD ENOUGH TO FACE YOUR EGO.

It’s taken me all this time to discover what I value most..... my freedom. I’m learning to trust my gut and the vision I’ve had for myself. So what, it doesn’t align with the vision of what most people I’ve met have for themselves but it’s compelling and very possible. I’ve found that I get along well with most people, but I’ve never really fit in with the crowds and I’m now brave enough to explore it.

35 years old and I’ve chosen thus far not to stay unmarried, jump out of college, not to be a parent, not to have a mortgage, and not to have a boss. I applaud all these things but they don’t provide me with what I CURRENTLY value most... MY FREEDOM (yes, freedom is also a state of mind and I call that balance)

Instead I have chosen to travel to nearly 30 countries, fall deeply in love with myself, face my ego, read books, start business, be my own CEO, live love and laugh freely and on my own terms, having no idea what I’ll face next. THIS, is what makes me feel alive!

Yup I have a healthy and romantic relationship with uncertainty.

I’ve been sponsored pro drift racer, a martial arts champion, a backpacker, a traveler, a dancer of many stages and I continue to have an absolute thirst for life.

Why fall inlove with one human when I can fall in love with many? Why let schooling take away from my education? I am FINALLY LEANING INTO WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE. I curse unapologetically (given my surrounds are a fit) and I live life on my terms! I’m not afraid to die I’m afraid not to live!

I don’t want my children to bare the burden of my lack of self worth! I desire to do things differently. Look around? The divorce rate is higher then ever, as well as depression etc why should I follow the way of the Buffalo? There’s got to be a better way!

I’m here to grab life by the balls! What are you here to do? Whatever you value most, make it BIG! This is the time to hone in on why you are here and to realize how precious you truly are.

I’m a habitual line stepper, a soul rebel.
Having grown up in such violent and harsh conditions, I’ve carefully examined human habits that textbooks could never teach.
Since then, I’ve wanted to help others rise from the depths of their suffering. I was told that being a therapist or a counselor was my only way to succeed in doing so.
Two years into college I realized that the text books I was reading only validated what I already knew. I felt I was going through the motions as it was what was required of me in order to find success.
I one day asked myself, “is this the highest form of learning for the outcome I desire?”.
Intuitively I got a strong “no”, and with the help of my mentor, I withdrew from college and THRIVED IN PURSUING MY EDUCATION.

This move was terrifying for me. I was totally going against the grain in this decision I didn’t have much support initially. I was pitied by others for my belief in my mission to have a limitless, and thriving business of my own with no college degree.
Several years later, I am now self employed, fulfilled and living life on MY terms. I am not settling in any area of my life.
During this time of Quarantine, I challenge you to become as authentic as possible.
I DARE YOU to ask yourself “Am I setting in my career? Am I settling in my relationships? Have I been making excuses to live a mediocre life or do I truly feel alive? Have I taken the ultimate risk?”
This is the time to get honest with ourselves and level the f**k up or sit the f**k down. Most of us who fear death haven’t felt alive in years! Wake up to your potential and stop letting old unserving beliefs guide your future. The time is now!

IM NOT HERE TO MAKE FRIENDS! I’m here to help you see the s**t you’ve been avoiding for years so that you can level up in your life.

The average human is depressed. I DID NOT COME HERE TO BE AVERAGE! I REFUSE TO BE AVERAGE.

By all means, you can waste your money on things, and live for the weekends filled with buzzed small talk and banter or you can LEVEL THE F**K UP!

You CAN afford it! You can make the time and you will!

Grief popped up in a lot of the answers to the question I posted last week “ What are we currently struggling with?” We could go much deeper into this topic but for now I’ll offer a tool that I find very helpful for many of my clients. Grieving happens in many ways but when we are grieving we are living in a state of lack and the vibrational output of lack only creates more lack.

So what do we do to create abundance from place where we feel lack?

When we shift our perspectives to vibrate the frequency that is associated with the feeling of abundance we then can will abundance into our lives.

The universe does not ever take anything away from us without giving us something equally or greater. This is because the universe is always striving for balance in everything. Take a moment to try this...

SOULWORK✨ In a journal, list all the details of the person or memory that you miss the most. This could look like “I miss the way they held me, their laugh, their eyes, and the way they listened.” Write down as many details as possible. When you’re done make a list of everyone in your current circle. Then, assign each once of them one of these things. This could be your dog snuggling you or you best friends laugh etc. What we miss is a memory actually exists somewhere, now. We can bargain with this or try to resist it but it’s true that everything we are grieving
is still existing here in the present.

Think of your life like a pizza box, and everyone holds a slice, a special place in your life. Just when we think has someone left with a slice of our pizza, we find that someone else in our life is currently holding that slice.

By doing this, we shift our perspectives to vibrate the frequency that is associated with the feeling of abundance we, can then will physical abundance into our lives.
