The statue of St. Luke was placed on its pedestal today. St. Luke proudly stands at the entrance of the gym/parish center of St. Luke School and Parish. Father Andrew took pictures by the statue with students whose name is Luke or its derivative. The statue was gifted by St. Edward's Parish. We are extremely grateful and thank the community of St. Edward's for this generous gift.

Our 8th-grade science scholars modeled the journey through all 26 feet of the digestive tract, while our 7th graders explored force and friction through hands-on experiments. Learning comes alive when our scholars investigate, collaborate, and Choose Hard!

Week 2 From Sunday Service training and student presentations to assessments, athletics, learning, and everything in between, our scholars continue to Seek, Persist, Excel, Love, and Serve and choose hard!

From carline, to morning assembly, to lunchtime, our campus was filled with smiles, excitement, and Spartan spirit!
It was a terrific first day and the perfect start to a year of seeking, persisting, excelling, loving , serving and choosing hard!

Sunday, was our school family Mass followed by an open house at the school, specifically showcasing our new building! Students and parents were able to drop off school supplies and meet their teachers. The Knights of Columbus provided doughnuts, coffee, and juice. Additionally, there was a uniform exchange and uniforms available for purchase.

The gym is simply 'beautiful' from the stained glass above the entry doors to the crucifix hanging at the entrance to the cafeteria.

The new building is not only a dream come true but a testament to the growth and success of St. Luke, under the leadership of Father Andrew.

Thank you, to the Knights of Columbus, parents, teachers and staff, and the many volunteers and donors that made the new gym and cafeteria along with six new classrooms a reality!
