✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What feels true for me now?

Then take one small, brave step toward it.

Have you ever felt like you’re just going through the motions?

Lost a beautiful woman today, my mom, the matriarch, my mama,mama lee to Many… my heart breaks, but knowing she is at peace now, and up there singing and dancing with my dad and all her friends… she was extraordinarily generous, kind, and so much fun, and loved by many. She adopted all Of my sister’s, brother’s, and my friends as part of our hugely expansive loving family. I am blessed and she is forever in my heart… rest in peace and fly free mama, love you so…

What if change isn’t here to scare you… but to awaken you? ✨

For so long, I thought avoiding discomfort meant staying safe.

But some of the most meaningful chapters of my life began when I stopped resisting change and started listening to what it was asking of me.

Fear showed up.
So did clarity.
So did a deeper knowing of who I was becoming.

Sometimes, change is simply the sacred invitation to release an old story and make space for the woman emerging within you.

You are not lost.
You may simply be outgrowing what no longer fits.

1st night of our long roadtrip vacation! Spentvthe night in Chico, ca, at a super cute cottage… called The Cottage! Go figure… highly recommend! And great for Tosiedog too… cute little yown, and a gorgeous, but too long (12 hours of driving) from low desert to
High desrt to high prarie to low valley to lots of green and farmland. Stunning country side ride!!! Now on to Bend,OR…

💗 A little Friday love note for you, beautiful souls.

Life can feel messy sometimes. There can be turmoil, unexpected changes, uncertainty, and moments when everything seems to be swirling around you.

When that happens, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply pause.

Take a deep breath.

Come back to the present.

And remember who you are.
Remember what you have.
Remember the love that still lives within you.

In this week's little blend of Women's Wisdom and The Muse Sessions, I share two poems with you: “I Still Am Love” and “The Catastrophe.”

Both are reminders that even when life feels chaotic, we can choose to remain open, grounded, compassionate, and connected to love.
