This is their final 400m for the night after having already completed 2x1,200m, 2x800m & their first of 2x400m. We have some very fast triathlete this season & I couldn't be more proud. Nice work!

This is what a breakthrough looks like! Final with before she leaves for the 2019 CrossFit Games in Madison, WI. My hope is that she takes the valuable information gained by our & training out onto the competition floor. Tonight was a great example. The goal for her 3x800m was to break each into a build, from 5k pace, be 5-10% faster, & then REALLY PUSH the pace as fast as possible on the last one & hope we're at least :30 faster than the 1st 800m. Her times: 4:17, 4:02 &...wait for it....3:29! I'd say she's ready to do this. Outstanding work, Leka!
